Inna Fershteyn
Inna was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine where she studied in Special Music school as a pianist and immigrated to the United States in 1991. She graduated from New York University in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in Music Business and Technology, magma cum laude and went on to earn her Judith Doctor degree, cum laude, from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1998 and has been practicing law for over 23 years. Inna has always dedicated her time to helping others and devoted a significant amount of her efforts to working and helping children with disabilities. She served as an advisor on NYU Langone Pediatrics Family Advisory Board for over 10 years, became a member of the Board of Directors of Edith and Carl Marks JCH of Bensonhurst and helped to establish and support The Menahem Educational Foundation to insure that every Jewish child has access to great education. She also supports Tikvah Children Home of Odessa Ukraine – an educational institution for orphaned Jewish kids in Odessa, Ukraine which she visits frequently.
When the war in Ukraine started it was no surprise that she joined the emergency fundraising and evacuation efforts establishing “The World Help Ukraine” with her partners raising over $320,000 in direct monetary donations in the first month of the war. She also devoted countless time and effort to saving lives in Ukraine- from organizing and shipping of over $30K of life saving medical supplies to a Kiev Hospital directly, to purchasing several buses to evacuate elderly and disabled people from Kiev and Kharkiv, to raising over $200K for purchase and delivery of protective vests and plates for ordinary citizens to defend and protect themselves. A separate campaign to raise over $35K in Emergency campaign funds for TIkvah Children Home of Odessa Ukraine that she supports.
Inna was also instrumental in establishing and training volunteers for human rights violation watch campaign to document and later prosecute crimes against humanities and terrible atrocities committed by war criminals in Ukraine from interviewing survivors to documenting video testimonies from eye witnesses.

Olga was born in the city of Odessa in Ukraine.
She is an alumni of Odessa Economic University with a master degree in finance. In 1997 Olga landed in the United States. Since then she’s been involved in multiple roles in publishing, print advertising, and digital marketing. From 1998 to 2009 she was the owner and publisher of the first Russian American business directory. Since 2009 Olga has been the owner and creative director of a successful digital marketing and web design studio in Brooklyn.

Eugene is a Financial Advisor and Senior Director at Oppenheimer &Co. He has always had a strong commitment to civic service having served on the boards of the Holocaust Museum Foundation, Jewish Family Service of Houston, Kiwanis Club of Houston, and the Eric M Suhl Foundation.
Eugene was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine and immigrated to the United States with his family in 1988. Though America gave his family wings, they never forgot their roots or the friends and family who still live in Ukraine. The recent unprovoked Russian invasion of Ukraine has reignited his connection and commitment to help Ukraine through this unspeakable suffering and work towards the day when we can help rebuild! Born and raised in Odessa, Genadiy Raskin embodies the spirit of philanthropy bringing commitment, passion, and a sense of justice to everything he does. Whether heading the Jewish Fund “Unity of Tribes of Israel”, serving as the Deputy Director of the Odessa Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, or receiving a diploma of distinction from the mayor of Odessa, Genadiy’s commitment to humanitarian causes is unwavering. He has immersed himself in every facet of need by also being actively involved in the life of Jewish organization such as Sohnut, Migdal, Bnei Akiva, Tikva, Chabad, Joint, Hillel, and Israeli Cultural Center. In 2015, American Jewish Committee invited him to participate in a conference in DC. Today, we are thrilled to announce that Genadiy joins the Board of World Help Ukraine fully committed to help, heal, and rebuild Ukraine and its valiant people.
Genadiy is married with three children.
